The short version: Be a decent person, pay for what you use, and don't try to break things. We'll deliver the service, treat you well, and not hide nasty surprises in the fine print. If it stops working for either of us, either side can walk away.
Who this agreement is with
These terms are between you ("you") and doneable. ("we", "us", "our") — an unincorporated trading name. If the legal structure changes we'll update this page and let you know. You can reach us at hello@doneable.ai.
By creating an account or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What we're offering
doneable. is an online service that gives you:
- A profile assessment to identify your business owner type
- Access to Able, an AI business advisor
- Optional access to a network of other business owners
We'll do our best to keep the service running smoothly and useful, but we can change features, add things, or retire things over time. If we make a big change that affects you materially, we'll tell you.
Your account
To use the paid service you need an account. You're responsible for:
- Keeping your login details secure
- Anything done using your account
- Telling us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
Payment
How it works
- Profile (£19): one-off payment, gives you the profile assessment and report
- Assist (£39/month): monthly subscription, includes Profile and ongoing access to Able
- Connect (£59/month): monthly subscription, includes Assist and the owner network
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Renewals
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account portal at portal.doneable.ai. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day right to cancel digital services and get a refund — unless you've started using the service, in which case you've waived that right (as you have to when you access digital content immediately).
Beyond that, we don't do routine refunds for partial months. But if something's gone genuinely wrong, email us and we'll sort it out fairly.
Launch offer
If you take up our launch offer (Assist + Connect free for 12 months), the free Connect access is tied to your active Assist subscription. If you cancel Assist, the Connect access ends too.
Using Able responsibly
Able is an AI advisor — useful, but not infallible. Some important notes:
- Able's advice is general business guidance, not professional advice. For legal, financial, tax, medical or other specialist matters, talk to a qualified professional.
- Don't rely solely on Able for decisions that could have serious consequences. Use your judgement.
- You are responsible for how you act on Able's suggestions.
- We're not liable for outcomes that result from you following Able's advice.
What you can't do
When using the service, you agree not to:
- Use it for anything illegal or harmful
- Try to break, hack, reverse-engineer, or overload the service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
- Share your account with anyone else or resell access
- Upload content that's illegal, abusive, threatening, or infringes someone else's rights
- Use the service to harm, harass, or defraud anyone
- Pretend to be someone you're not
If you do any of this, we can suspend or terminate your account without a refund.
Your content
You own the things you write, upload, or tell Able. By sharing them with us, you give us permission to use them only to deliver the service to you — store them, process them through our AI providers, show them back to you. We don't use your content to train AI models or for advertising.
Our intellectual property
The website, the profile framework, Able's design, our branding, and all the content we produce remain our property. You can use the service as a paying customer. You can't copy, resell, or rebuild it.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee it'll be available 100% of the time. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. Unplanned outages happen occasionally — we'll fix them as fast as we can.
We don't offer refunds or credits for short outages. For a significant extended outage, we'll do the right thing on a case-by-case basis.
Cancelling and ending the service
You can cancel any time
Through your account portal. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
We can cancel too
If you break these terms, use the service abusively, or we stop offering the service, we can end your account. We'll refund any unused paid-for time on a pro-rata basis unless the termination is because you seriously breached these terms.
What happens to your data
See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep your data after you leave. Short version: 30 days for personal data (unless law requires longer for things like financial records).
Liability
Some legalese that matters — we'll keep it as short as we can:
- We don't exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law doesn't let us exclude.
- For everything else, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you've paid us in that period.
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or lost data (beyond what a reasonable backup would cover).
- You use Able's advice at your own discretion. We're not responsible for business decisions you make.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll tell you by email or a clear notice on the site and give you reasonable notice. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can cancel before they take effect.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, this doesn't affect your statutory rights under local consumer protection law.
General
- If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them still stand.
- If we don't immediately enforce a right, we haven't given it up.
- These terms are the whole agreement between us about the service.
- We can transfer our rights to a successor business; you can't transfer yours without our agreement.
